Reflow Code Indentation

Sometimes reflowing text continuously indents pages.
Some pages are indenting html after the "style=" tag. Some pages are indenting HTML following PHP.

I guess it's related to the same cause as discussed on this thread (https://community.devsense.com/d/1587-doubling-of-typed-characters )
