Php Tools Visual Studio 2019 doesnt stop at breakpoint

The debugger doesn't stop at breakpoints when i trigger a symfony command from powershell.

The problem in this case is most likely that Xdebug doesn't know it should initiate debug session, try to add this to your php.ini:

xdebug.remote_autostart = 1
