Not working alt all

Hi,
i bought the premium license because I liked the features in demo mode. Unfortunately after the demo expired, the whole functionality stopped working, so i purchased the premium version. I entered my license code and the extension reports back, that premium is activated, now, but I have absolutely no functionality from the extension. No codecompletion, no suggestions, no docblock, nothing...
I use VSCode on a Mac mostly behind a corporate proxy if that might be important. But it used to work before the demo expired.
Do I need any further extensions, to make devsense-PHP work?

I managed to get AI code suggestions working by installing IntelliPHP, but the rest from Devsense PHP is not working. No "Format on save" or anything...
