Auto-generate comment when typing /** ENTER

From other IDE's I know this bevaior: If you type /** ENTER (PHPDoc), the comment with all the parameters etc. is auto-generated just like it happens if you auto-fix on the function name currently.

But typing these, is typically much faster. Would be great to have that functionality for DX.

We already do that - https://docs.devsense.com/en/vscode/editor/phpdoc#phpdoc-completion

In VSCode, you need to have enabled "editor.formatOnType": true setting.
