Configuration using VS Code

I am receiving this message. I performed the regular installation from VS Code. What else do I need to do? I also bought you a license and applied it, but the issue persists.

'php' binary could not be either found or executed. Make sure PHP is installed, and add path to "php.executables" setting.

This is a warning, that VSCode could not find php on your computer.

If you are running and/or debugging PHP code locally (not on a remote machine or docker), you will need to install PHP on your computer.

If you have PHP installed and VSCode still can't find it, please set the path to it as shown at https://docs.devsense.com/en/vscode/php-version#choosing-php-version
