For Debug we could see 'VS Code' in 'Community' column. Is debugging available for free. Please suggest.

Debugging for Visual Studio Code is free.
Debugging for Microsoft Visual Studio is only available as a paid feature.

I have the same problem. Does this mean I need to use VSCode to code in PHP Not VS?
