So, I tried to install it through VS 2022's Extensions and it failed with the following message
The type initializer forPerTypeValues1' threw an exception
Anyway, I uninstalled the old PHP Tools and old VS 2015 and I tried again, and that what happened.
-- Issue 2
- The vsix file do nothing like double click doesn't work.
- Installing through VS 2022's Extensions threw the same message I mentioned above.
