Devsense not working with Laravel Blade files

None of the devsense features are working with blade files.
Using version v1.47.15561 (pre-release) with Laravel 6
For example in my blade file strlen(...) will not show any suggestions
If I have a class \App\Helpers\Foo.php then strlen() will show suggestions show function signatures

KenColvin Please make sure, the language of the .blade.php file is set to PHP:

If you have another Blade extension, it probably overrides all our features by setting the language to Blade instead of PHP.

Edit: We are planning to add IntelliSense to 3rd party Blade extension too, no ETA yet.

The problem is that I am using short php tags

// instead of 
<?php

Everything works fine after I updated blade file with <?php
Is there a setting to use short php tags?

KenColvin Thank you for the update - we'll enable short open tags <? in blade files!

I also have issues with .blade.php files. If the file is a PHP file, we don't have any issues:

I think the issue is with the open-short tags. I double checked and you can also see in the screenshot, the language mode for both files is PHP.

StuardoRodriguez May I ask what is the issue in .blade.php file?

Is the falsely dimmed unused use statement?

Fixed use of <? and <?= in blade files.
