Autocomplete / Intellisense broken (VS 2022 v1.82.20148)

Hi,

I updated to the latest PHP Tools and intellisense / autocomplete etc. no longer worked.

I restarted Visual Studio, then the PC. Tried to clean the project etc, nothing helped.

I then re-installed the previous version of PHP Tools and everything is working again.
