Publish options missing in solution explorere

Hello,
I've recently updated to the latest version of PHP tools for visual studio, and now I no longer have the options to upload, download and compare in my right click menu in solution explorer. I can still upload files in the remote explorer, but I prefer the quick upload options in solution explorer. Is there a way to bring those options back?

May I ask if you use PHP Web Project? When I tried it (1.82.20175.2022), it worked well.

I used the "PHP Project from Existing code." In the past this still allowed me to publish. It does work if I use "PHP web project," but I have an existing code base I would like to work with.
