There are not enough seats available at this monent

To renew my Subscription, I input the key just got from the renew purchase order, but got "There are not enough seats available at this moment". Other PC can be renewed with this key, only one of the PC got this error and it was tried to be renewed at the first place.

is anyone can can help me on this?

I think the subscription has run out of seats. I'm going to write you an email and we are going to solve this out.
