`Missing argument $ for callable() PHP(PHP0423)`

I created a CustomRule using php artisan make:rule,
It says Missing argument $ for callable() PHP(PHP0423) when I call $fail('...') following the official guide, as below:

It has been fixed in the pre-release version already.

And it will be included in the upcoming release 1.67.

Hi @JakubMisek,

I am encountering the same warning in vscode, with a plain anonymous (variable) function, as illustrated by screenshot below. The $fnError method takes the second argument as optional, as a default value is provided in the definition. Is it possible to fix that ?
