[PHP0441] Class ... shall be called without arguments

I'm defining a custom query builder for a Laravel/Eloquent model

    public function newEloquentBuilder($query): CustomQueryBuilder
    {
        return new CustomQueryBuilder($query);
    }

And I get the error:

Class 'App\Models\Builders\CustomQueryBuilder' does not have any constructor and shall be called without argumentsPHP(PHP0441)

BUT my CustomQueryBuilder extends Illuminate\Database\Eloquent\Builder which defines

    /**
     * Create a new Eloquent query builder instance.
     *
     * @param  \Illuminate\Database\Query\Builder  $query
     */
    public function __construct(QueryBuilder $query)
    {
        $this->query = $query;
    }

StuardoRodriguez, thank you for posting the issue.

This should work as expected:

1/ Please try the command Clear /vendor/ cache ... (if it fixes it, we'll focus on this issue)
2/ There might be a generated stub for Illuminate\Database\Eloquent\Builder with missing __construct, by a 3rd-party extension. We should work ok with them, but just to be sure, I guess you've a Laravel extension? (It generates the stubs)
