includes not working in latest updates

Hello,
I have update my php tools addon to the latest 1.40.12409 and now not working the functions and classes which in includes folder. The intellicense error message is "Use of unknown class: 'xxx'" or "Use of unknown function: 'xxx'"
Please fix it, because this is unusable.

Hello,

Where is your include folder? PHP Tools recognize all the functions and classes in files included in the project, or in the folder specified in the project properties / settings / include paths.
