Cannot install PHP.VS.1.50.12628.2017

I have tried to install this package and get an error saying that it could not install Microsoft.Net.Core.SDK.2.1
I tried installing this separately from Microsoft but I still get the same message.
Please let me know how I can install PHP tools.

This is a bug in Visual Studio 2017 - please run "Visual Studio Installer" and update Visual Studio.
