Open solution 1.50.12845 hangs with "Preparing solution"

I have downgraded 1.50.12845 version, to the latest available for download before this.

We have the "Update this extension automatically" check, but now the preview versions are also downloaded, and all the team have been stopped for 1 hour to analyze what is happening and downgrade.

Please, do not publish and mark updates as available until are tested.

@VictorVadillo Sorry for the inconvenience. This version has been tested, but obviously, we have missed something.

In case this ever happens again, please send us the Visual Studio log so we can at least fix our mistake.

JakubMisek I think that it is the same problem as the notification "Version 1.50.12845 in VS2015 cannot open existing project".

I am going to follow this issue on the other user's notification

please try the update at https://www.devsense.com/en/download . Once we confirm it solves the current issues, it will be released into Visual Studio as well.
