I am getting this error in the Output console. Any idea what the issue could be?

[Error - 11:35:29 a.m.] Request textDocument/codeAction failed.
  Message: Error parsing the request: The JSON value could not be converted to System.String. Path: $.context.diagnostics[0].code | LineNumber: 0 | BytePositionInLine: 326.
  Code: -32602
