MarcHenderkes Not found there either, only when I manually browse the vendor directory. I already reinstalled dependencies using composer, still doesn't show it.

JakubMisek Alright, although PHP Tools picks everything listed in the project (anything included in Solution Explorer). So the file must have been excluded?
MarcHenderkes Hmm, maybe, I believe I may have just had a dependency that required symfony/http-client-contracts previously and then stopped depending on it, so it didn't show anymore.
