PHP Tools should scan the entire workspace for global functions (and other symbols). Is the PHP file containing the definition of "t"
or "drupal_maintenance_theme"
in your workspace? Does the file have the extension .php
?
If those files do not have .php
extension, they are not scanned by default. It might be necessary to add association to PHP in VS Code (using VS Code's "files.associations"
setting)
