Prevent autocompletion of namespaces included at autoload-dev (composer.json)

I've many packages (own and forked + others) and all these are showing tests on the development context (even inside a project/application that uses them) when it shouldn't as they're only indexed at their own dev environment not at others packages/apps environments

Example:

I have this on my package

Then I receive this on the project I'm requiring this dependency

I think this will also improve a lot indexing and general use performance
