Can't Run Project/Debug in v.1.70

I installed the new version this morning and ran into a show stopper for me. Upon trying to run/debug the project, I get the following error:

I tested on different projects and always get the same.

The project compiles correctly as shown, at least it says it does:

I uninstalled PHP Tools, restarted the computer and reinstalled v.1.69 and everything works fine.
