I have the following problem on VS2019 with VS.PHP V1.71.17124
When I want to debug (press F5) a requester pops up informing about "Xdebug for PHP 8.1 for IIS Express is outdated". I click Update. That fails, even though the "Update" elevates the process to admin mode.
Restarted VS2019 in Admin-Mode, did the update again, now the update process works!
However, when I press F5, the same requester pops up again, still telling me it's outdated.
Clicking on "Update" again produces the following log:
