PHP in Visual Studio Debugger

I am evaluating PHP for Visual Studio 2019 and we have successfully installed vsix on my windows 10 PC.
The PHP extension are visible and working in VIsual Studio IDE.
But I can't start debugging run (IIS local host) because automatically start updating, trying to include PHP 8.2 (x64) for IIS Express with debugging extension.
After privileges elevation (as requested by system) the attempt to install required extension fails, including error details in log file (I dont' know how the log is located).

According with my department policies, first I would like to download the required package (I suppose vsix) and after, in a second moment to install it apart.

Please, can anybody help me with this issue? I am stuck with this block and I need urgently to move on.

Pls, note: I am using a trial version before to acquire a Commercial License, but I need to evaluate this item before to buy the license.

Just some error detail during configuration of PHP debugging for IIS:

It looks like the Web Platform installer is querying for any kind of license code not really supplied from trial PHP extension.
