So there seems to be some problem when I try to load:

It was working and works on VS 17.4 with an older PHP Tools installation, but when updated to VS 17.5.3 and PHP Tools 1.72.17587, it won't load in Chrome.
I have debugging enabled and it just sits loading and never loads, but if I load it in another tab, it works fine or with the debugger disabled.
All I have to do is put one of the script tags in a php file and it brings it to a hault.
Sometimes it works in PHP Tools 1.72.17474.2022.
But it seems to be very random.
Loading something like this and it won't work:

I'm really confused. If you take out the axios and vue-select it works.
