I am trying to exclude Tests and Build Folder but no success:
"php.problems.exclude": { "/Build/": true, "/Tests/": true }
is there a mistake in my configuration?

Just checking - are there really warnings or errors? It looks slightly differently colorized/formatted than as it would have been reported by our extension as a warning.
