Visual Studio crashes since January Updates

Since january updates of Php Tools, Visual Studio 2022 crashes with php solutions : no error, it becomes "no-response" 3-4s after solution startup, then closes after a minute.
What can I send you to find the problem ? (I will install an older version to continue working)

I have clean the solution from 1.4Gb to 17Mb, but I can't attach the file. Can I send you in private ? It's a production code.
I hope I didn't delete the problematic file.
The previous main version works.
