The problem remains and I understand that it's definitely a network setting issue, but I want to clarify.
I use a remote connection for development.
I activated the license locally, but when I connect to a remote machine, it doesn't see the license.
For security reasons, access to the outside is very limited from a remote machine.
It doesn't offer me to activate offline, the button is gray and when I click it, the notification closes.
What can help me solve this problem?
One option is to go to the security service and ask to unlock api.devsense.com, but this seems like an extreme measure.
