Autocomplete support for Laravels helper functions

Hi team,

I am enjoying the switch to DEVSENSE and the recent Laravel additions have been fantastic, it would be really awesome if you could add support for more of Laravels helper functions. Laravel has helper functions such as route, env, config, app etc. Then you've also got functions such as inertia which return the page information.

These are the final pieces for me to uninstall the official Laravel plugin as DEVSENSE has been fantastic for me.

Most of the functions should be supported, please see https://docs.devsense.com/vscode/frameworks/laravel/#completion-and-navigation-in-laravel-specific-functions for some examples.

inertia is not yet handled more specifically - we'll take a look at it.
route, env, config (and lang etc.) - are handled, and we should complete it's arguments, BUT we may not find your named routes or all the config values; if it's the case, please send us a more complete example so we can "learn" the pattern and handle it properly in your scenario.
