RichardAubin Steps done prior to get here: updated to pre-release version of php tools from download page. opened visual studio 2022 + solution. added console project to solution saved and closed solution reopened solution.

JakubMisek There is some kind of issue with VS 2022: 17.14.24 and later, but PHPTools 1.88.18322 should be compatible. Can we have the specific version you tested? More details at: https://community.devsense.com/d/2483-projectsystempackage-did-not-load-correctly/17
