JakubMisek @AndreKarelin yes, only PHP manual is localized. Laravel has its descriptions from PHPDoc (documentary comments) which are in english.
AndreKarelin Russian localization does not work correctly. Description of many functions, the values of some variables in English, although the link leads to Russian-language documentation. But in VS everything works fine JakubMisek

AndreKarelin most variables like $_SERVER, $_POST, $_GET etc. const like (__DIR__) and maybe others functions: include, require and maybe some others in extension dir on linux server was not created file with ru locale.
