I just moved from a Windows Machine to a Mac and everything was working smoothly on the windows. What else can I do to solve this issue

We forgot to mention that in our documentation!

M1 CPU should be supported with Apple Rosetta (this enables x64 apps on M1 CPUs). https://iboysoft.com/news/how-to-install-rosetta-on-mac-m1.html
