PHP0433 - Too many arguments

Since a few versions ago, I'm seeing this warning a lot. I'm looking for a fix that doesn't require editing 100's of files:

An easy way to disable it across all files in a project.
A fix/workaround. I'm not sure why it's triggering a warning to call the function with two parameters rand(min, max).

Warning PHP0443 Too many arguments to function rand(). 2 provided, but 0 accepted.

It seems there is another rand() function declared in your workspace?

We're not seeing the warning on our machines:

May I ask, where is the rand() function in your workspace pointing to? (if you mouse hover it, or if you Go To Definition of the problematic rand() function)

JakubMisek This is what I'm getting, I don't have a custom rand() function. If it's not happening there, then I'll assume I need to re-install everything, or switch to VSCode.
